The Australian Maddison Architects completed this beach house in 2007, in the Beaumaris suburb of Melbourne, Australia. Overlooking the Port Phillip Bay, the Beaumaris Home offers both unobstructed views and intimate, restricted family space. Inside, the house serves 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom which large enough to hold a small family inauguration.

The design centers around two large rectangular structures. The home’s black, zinc-clad southern wing is the activity center, housing outdoor, living and dining spaces. The home’s northern, masonry-clad wing hosts private spaces for bathing and sleeping.

For anyone who is atracted, the 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is currently for sale through the Kay & Burton agency.
