Located 12 km south if Villa Gesell, Argentinian firm BAK arquitectos have completed a minimalist seaside resort on the coast of Buenos Aires. The location have a splendid scenery of the extensive beach of dunes and lush virgin forest of conifers.
The floor of the house of 6.50mx 10.30m is covered by a concrete slab that rests in sight, without intermediate supports, through concrete walls to view and sections of iron located on the perimeter of it. These metal columns were projected minimum cross-section in order to integrate them and disappear, aligned with the openings of anodized aluminum.
The tower that houses the additional services is timber frame and cladding treated pine saligna tables. Furniture specially designed for this house were conducted with Canadian pine recovered from engine crates.
