Architect Taylor Smyth have completed a contemporary house design in the heart of Yorkville, Toronto. The modern architecture which occupies 3,200 square feet area is solely enhanced by a beautiful dark exterior which gives the minimalist design touch.

There is one wall opening up into a private courtyard adored with a pool and a hot tub with spacious interiors. The architect uses the glass and stone cleverly along with the modern interior accessories that add further to the dazzle of the beautiful adobe. Photography by Ben Rahn / A-Frame

The photos above really look great. The interiors look cool and stylish. The exteriors look warm and very welcoming. All in all, a very good taste of a contemporary and a modern look of a house. I think that the pool is just in the right place with very good taste of fixtures surrounding it. What I only don’t like about this, based on the photos, is the living room facing outside the pool. The furniture in it are a little off. The glass pathway however delivers a very good mirror effects and a stylish appearance.
