Contemporary Small Boat House Design Arkiboat by Drew Heath Architects
As people gone with the green life, some of them started to set their dwelling on nature. Instead of developing sustainable house design, they also build small one which floats on the water. Arkiboat project from Drew Heath Architects which is an example of how to make good use of a small space and designed more like a land based tiny house.
The Arkiboat prototype was built on top of a floating platform that Ian had used for his plumbing business and occasionally as a floating cinema he operated for locals on the river. It took nine months to design, manufacture and complete the house boat. Via
