Collection of modern, minimalist, and eco friendly architectural design for your home inspiration
A three story architecture project of a multi-use building in Austin, Texas have been completed by Bercy Chen Studio. Dubbed as East 11th Street building, the ground floor is divided between a musical instrument shop and boutique retail outlet, while the second floor is reserved for office tenants, with residential spaces on the top floor.
The result is a series of unexpected terraces and canopies that engage the outdoors. Each level has multiple non-orthogonal balconies; vines cascade from these spaces down the facades. The cantilevered second floor provides a respite of shade from the intense Texas sun at the entry.
The floor plates step back at the rear of the structure to mediate between the commercial scale of the front and the residential in the back.
With tons of blueprints (over 16,000!) for different furniture designs and outdoor woodwork projectsyou can have a great insight into how to build different things with wood. In it, they tell you about wood, how to design projects, the detailed photographs, patterns, blueprints, materials list and step by step instructions on how to put build them.
The second part shows you the different tools and how to use them, and a complete guide to woodwork carpentry. And the color photographs and drawings are beautiful and show a lot of detail.
