A small house project has been completed by Jan Zelinka architect of ATELIER sro 38 firm. Located on Kylešovice, Opava, the small home building layout is fully subject to the basic human needs – bedroom, bathroom, toilet, storage space and living area with kitchenette, large enough for any department other independent room in case of birth of children.
All habitable rooms are oriented to the west with the possibility of a direct exit to the covered terrace. The result is an open, free housing in the garden.
The architecture is fully subject to the use of natural materials and frame design house of wood glued profiles, columns and beams with a large landing. Circuits dový mantle is folded in with a wooden exterior cladding. Fixed glazing insulating double glazing is made directly to the structure. Windows are wooden. Flat roof with a minimum gradient is made of modified bitumen belt, covered terrace is polycarbonate. Walls are plasterboard with double jacketing. Via
