Collaborating closely with Leen Vandaele, Squisito’s interior decorator architect, the X-Architect has completed a houseboat in Dubai marina. The houseboat inventively combines the nautical lifestyle of relaxation with a touch of architectural tectonics. Occupying an area of 220 square meters, the houseboat’s fundamental structure is created from two catamaran beams, stainless steel and glass.

The structure’s layout consists of upper deck and lower in a dimension of 20 meters by 6.7 meters. The upper deck is a concealed kitchen, living room, and an informal dining area, while the lower deck includes the bedrooms, bathroom and steering cabin. Featuring a terrace with spiral staircase access, the part can be used as the sun deck.

With the blend of soft white tones, mix of contemporary furniture and chic bathroom fittings, the interior delivers the modern cozy ambiance. The architectural lighting makes this boat house more striking in the evening while it glides smoothly along the lucid waters of Mina Seyahi.

I think that this article is very useful.
I think that one of the best places to look for design inspiration is from nature and photographs. What are some of your favorite vacation sites? What colors are there that remind you of that place. A beach color scheme would include sandy browns, blues, greens and whites. A forest inspired scheme would include dark, bark browns, mossy greens, and rich earthy colors.
