Occupying an area of 2,204 square meters, the minimalist house in Santander, Spain is located on a sloping ground rectangular, with a slope of about 1 to 3 meters. The architect, A-Cero designed the house to be a perfect place for modern living.
The home consists of two bedrooms, several bathrooms, laundry room, pantyr, modern kitchen, dining room, and a garage. Supporting the contemporary living, the house also hosts a library, a games room, and a cinema.
The project embraces the air moves through a set of 3 volumes simple rectangular, longitudinal, a large central core from which other two stands slightly tilted towards the west.
