Collection of modern, minimalist, and eco friendly architectural design for your home inspiration
In Seattle, Washington, architects from Miller Hull Partnership have designed a minimalist house for a single family which located on the rooftop of a warehouse of the Stimson Marina in the Ballard neighborhood with a great view of Pacific Northwest.
As a common knowledge, in Seattle warehouses comes in abundant numbers, and at the same time, there are spaces unused overlooked by people: the roof. The large size of the warehouse’s roof, gave the architect a new perspective to create a new residential architecture project on the space where once occupied only by pigeons and mechanical units.
This single family residential project proved that the possibility exists if we look at forgotten spaces/landscapes as new opportunities.
