Argentinian-based firm Guillermo Radovich Arquitecto has completed a minimalist house project in Buenos Aires. The existing brick house design is wrapped in a band of white concrete, along with the warm touch of teak cladding exterior. The project involved extending the residence by changing the perimeter of the building from an L-shape to a rectangle.
The house is inserted with the second two-storey volume in the resulting corner and clad in wood. As the space between the new part of the house and the concrete perimeter wall occured, it became a courtyard in front of the entrance. Via. Photography by Guillermo Radovich.
