Hotel Habita is one of modern hotels in Monterrey which opened in August 2008. The modern leisure place features appealing architectural decisions by Agustin Landa as well as a rooftop pool bar that offers a 360-degree view combined with the comfort of a cool concrete canopy.

The interior design is courtesy of Parisian Joseph Dirand and includes some of the most prominent furniture pieces like Swan Chair and Swan Sofa by Arne Jacobsen.
