Humberto and Fernando Campana designed the HSBC Private Bank lounge for the Design Miami 08.

By pulling ideas from the deep forest of Amazon, both brilliant designers successfully carried the natural interior design atmosphere of the tribal communal dwelling.

The traditional communal dwelling from Amazonian forest itself called “Oca” in the native language. It resembles the spirit of togetherness and fair relationship between the HSBC and their customers. Hoping that the special guests can connect during the fair, the overall design has reflect the success duo Brazilian designers to transform the native atmosphere into an international exhibition venue.

The fair in December would celebrate nature and its role as a building block of design. Attracting the top designers, gallerists and collectors from around the world, Design Miami/ explores all the many facets of design – from concept to production and appreciation to investment. Like Design Miami/, HSBC Private Bank brings an extensive network of international connections to the fair as part of its commitment to Cultural Exchange – encouraging and promoting the understanding of different cultures.
