Occupying a total area of 5,942 square feet, this luxury modern house was designed by Gilberto L. Rodríguez of GLR Architects in the Sierra Madre mountain range. Beautiful scenery is one of a luxurious feature that the contemporary house offers as well as its modern interiors which indulge its residents.
On the house exterior, natural stones are used like marble and volcanic stone, adding the house’s identity as a modern contemporary residence with a sense of nature. Large exterior window glass on a side of the house, make it something to an open designed architecture. From the window glass, which is the comfortable living room, one can view the Sierra Madre peaks from a distance.
From the dining room and the media room, residents can access the roof terrace via the minimalist interior stair, and enjoy the view of the city of Monterrey as well as the Sierra Madre mountains. Adding to its natural architecture, the musical backgrounds from the nature’s sound made its contrast with the roar of the city below.

Design and materials are impressed.
Interesting how much does it cost?
