This Kithaus design is a modular room that allows its user to move it anywhere. K3 needs no foundation which made it movable which offers 9′x13′ module that can be functioned as a backyard office or studio and meditation room. The Kithaus K3 includes an MHS aluminium system, dual insulated window and doors, data port and electrical connection box finished walls, floor and ceiling. Larger modules are also available, at 17’ x 17’.
Kithaus K3 uses a proprietary clamping system to make installation quick, easy, and virtually waste-free. All of the lightweight, anodized aluminum pieces are pre-cut and drilled in Southern California and shipped for on-site assembly, which takes only a few days.
