Okto Villa Modern Design by Touzet Studio
Located on a private island in Miami Beach, Florida, Touzet Studio have designed the recently completed Okto Villa which beautifully overlooking Biscayne Bay.
The waterfront home features a combined total of 20,000 square feet, spread over three buildings. A 16,000 sq ft two-story main house with 6 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, a 2000 sq ft cabana/guest house with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, and a 2000 sq ft staff/maid’s quarters with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with service kitchen.
