Argentinian-based firm Guillermo Radovich Arquitecto has completed a minimalist house project in Buenos Aires. The existing brick house design is wrapped in a band of white concrete, along with the warm touch of teak cladding exterior. The project involved extending the residence by changing the perimeter of the building from an L-shape to a rectangle.

The client’s brief was to create an ideal house for a household with 3 grown up children, which located on a site that next to a busy connecting streets especially during the office peak hour.
