Small Family House Design by Prodesi Architect

Located on Bast, Czech Republic, architect Pavel Horak from Prodesi architect have designed a minimalist small home design for a single family. By only occupying 80 meters usable floor space, the house maximize the function for its two residents with a strong emphasis on simple clean solution and the size of the glass surfaces.

On maximizing the space, the architect created the house as a two storey building, with a unique touch, putting the two blocks laid in accross each other.

The interior of the building can be found efficiently organized room. The combination of both height levels provides simple stair. A noticeable feature is the wooden interior over two floors, which ensures stability of the structure.
