The building was settled down on north and west side, as it opens towards the south and the south-east. the most open and furthest direction from the walls, batters and staircases that give shape to the park.
Another sophisticating two storeys house design located in Pouses, Leiria, Portugal comes from architect Ricardo Bak Gordon. The house resides a longitudinal band centered in the plot that defines main gardens: one at the entrance and plain, and the other one near the scarp and facing the city.
