DeMaria Design have completed a prefabricated houses made from eight shipping containers as well as traditional buildings materials. The house sits on the beachside as an environmental friendly one since its prefab materials allows 70% of construction to occur off site, greatly reducing construction waste.
Architects Bernardes + Jacobsen has delivered a sophisticating modern house design, down in the Brazilian forest. The house is intended to be a holiday place for a family with two childrens. It comprises a pavilion supported by pillars among the trees with a magnificent view to the open sea.
Located in the Veluwe Zoom area near Arnhem in the Netherlands, a team of architect from Powerhouse Company designed the woodland Villa 1 which earned them the “Best Private Interior” at the Dutch Design Awards recently.
