Located in Washington’s Methow Valley, the Rolling Huts are the perfect accommodation. Designed as a modern alternative to camping by Tom Kundig of Olson Sundberg Kundig Allen Architects in Seattle, the six huts are grouped as a herd, each with views of the mountains.
Canadian-based firm GH3 Architects had completed a minimalist house design in Toronto, Canada. The house was built in the 1970 architecture style, converting it from large open spaces to a more cellular room design.
Using the natural elements to design a contemporary house is one of Kieran Timberlake’s project. By applying built in assembling method, the house is composed entirely of off-site fabricated elements and ready-made components. The awesome touch comes from the built in loblolly pines which scattered around the interior.
