Located in rural Washington State, Seattle-based Pb Elemental Architecture have completed the River Bend Residence which balances the client’s desire for privacy, while embracing nature. The modern house has sustainable features such as Geothermal in-ground heat loop and Desuperheater for free water heating during cooling season and reduced energy usage during heating seasons.
A green modern house for family has been designed by Seattle-based SHED architecture. In a simple view, the house is an example of practical art with a retro feel.
