Unique Prefab House Small Home Project by ConHouse
Limited areas and high priced real estates makes people think harder to compromise for an affordable dwelling place. The ConHouse small house design from Trebnje, Slovenia is one of many examples that minimum spaces can be developed into sophisticated living space.
A compact prefab house made from containers is a simple answer for the declining livable space. A compact design made this home gained its notoriety, apart from its funky colored facade.
Two-storey prefab mini home is assembled of two perpendicularly positioned containers, one atop the other.
The upper container is placed crossing the lower one, makes a shaded pathway leading into the house, as well as the rear terrace. The unique structure composition also allows the exposed roof of the main floor to double as a rooftop patio which can be accessed by a sliding door. The compact design features a cool, contemporary interior with an artful winding staircase and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Good things come in small packages. The verb does exist in this unique prefab house.
