Located in Slatina, Františkovy Lázne, Czech Republic, architects Boris Redcenkov, Prokop Tomášek, Jaroslav Wertig of A69 – architekti have built a modern concrete house. The house concept combines two contradictory ways of defining territories.

Exterior ground level flows through the space between the rigid external operating units, the interior is separated from the garden of a glass wall. The concrete framework defines introverted floor bedrooms and bathroom.
The atrium confined the interior and outside, but the image of the landscape is still mediated by holes in the concrete wall. Chamber atmosphere is thus maintained at the maximum glazing bedrooms and bathrooms. Materials are selected in natural colors, windows are tinted in subtle shades
